Q. What is ailuranthropy?
A. Ailuranthropy comes from the Greek words "ailouros" meaning "cat", and "anthropinos", meaning "human". Ailuranthropy is basically therianthropy but more feline.
Q. What is therianthropy? A. Well, that is a difficult question to answer but I shall quote the generally accepted definition:
Q. Are you furries? A. There are some therianthropes who are furries (and vice-versa) but therianthropy isn't a choice while being a furry is.
Q. Can you turn me into an ailuranthrope/therianthrope A. No, I can not. No, they cannot. No, we cannot.
Q. I love *animal* a lot, am I a therianthrope? A. Loving a type of animal doesn't mean you are a therianthrope. You may love your theriotype if you are a therianthrope. Therianthropy is feeling like you are the animal. It's not having a love for that animal. Some therianthropes don't even like their theriotype(s) at all!
Q. Are you mentally ill? A. There are therianthropes who have mental illness, but therianthropy in itself is not a mental illness. If it was, I am sure that we would hurt even try to kill ourselves or others. Therefore, it isn't a mental illness.
